In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the Practice Growth Implementor, you will be offered either a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer your booking to a future date at no additional cost.

While we will always do our best to support delegates, Optima Attachment Training cannot be responsible for any additional costs incurred outside of the workshop booking, including travel, accommodation or other personal arrangements.

We strongly recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance for your own peace of mind, particularly if you are booking accommodation or making travel plans. This can help protect you should unexpected circumstances mean you are unable to attend.
